My Story
Dr. Eagan started with the clinic in 2014 shortly after earning his DVM from Michigan State University. Prior to veterinary school he earned his BS at Hillsdale College and an MS from Purdue University. Listening to James Herriot books read to him as a child definitely stoked his interest in veterinary medicine, and in vet school a deep appreciation developed for cattle and the cattle industry. Dr. Eagan's specific professional interests include: how stockmanship & husbandry contribute to health, using records and diagnostics to practice evidence-based medicine, and helping producers figure out management practices that help their cattle and their bottom line. Making long-term connections with producers is one of the most fulfilling parts of his job. Outside of work his time is taken up by his Catholic faith, amazing family, and too many horses and dogs.
